My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms, though not the fanciest, were surprisingly quiet despite the full hotel occupancy. The cleanliness was on point, and the added sofa bed was a definite plus for accommodating our grandson. However, the room interiors could use some updating. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to assist us, even coming to our room for a WiFi issue. The location was fantastic, allowing us easy access to attractions like the Strip District and PNC Park. On the downside, the dining area was overcrowded, making it challenging to enjoy breakfast peacefully despite the delicious options available.
